To board with us you, the owner, must agree to our terms and conditions:

I understand that while every care will be given to my animals they and any items left, are boarded at my own risk. All days pre-booked must be paid for. Any part of the day counts as a whole day. I authorise you to call a veterinary surgeon (nominated by the Cattery) on my behalf should you consider it necessary. The attending vet has overall say in the treatment (including euthanasia) of the cat and may overrule the next of kin if he/she deems it necessary. All veterinary charges will be payable by the owner. For cats over 15 years please state any special requirements. Cats must have a current vaccination card for flu and enteritus which must be shown on arrival to the cattery.
 Cats unclaimed  15 days after the stated boarding period will be presumed abandoned, in the absence of any communication from the owner or their next of kin.

 Opening hours are set by the owners and are displayed on the opening hour page. We adhere striclty to these hours as we live on the premises and are not providing an on call service. In agreeing to board with us you accept the times set out for arrival and departure from the cattery.
Cancellation PolicyWe require 14 days notice prior to start of board to decrease the boarding period booked ,and have your bill amended. For notification of less than 14 days, we will only refund if the chalet is relet, we will provide receipts for insurance company claims.  WAIVED DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC 
.  For the Christmas period  once full payment has been made no refunds are given unless the chalet is relent.
Abusive behaviour to the staff of owners will not be tolerated at any time, clients behaving in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises.
